The U.S. government generally stays out of the affairs of religious groups and cults barring certain events, all thanks to the first amendment. But, what happens when a religious cult begins to stockpile weapons and modify weapons? Well, on February 28th, 1993, the public got an answer, but not to the question of whether the government was justified in doing what it did.
